The University of Florida invites applications for a tenure-track appointment in neuro/psycholinguistics at the rank of assistant professor, effective August 16, 2018. Applicants are expected to have a Ph.D. in linguistics, psychology, or a closely-related field, and a primary specialization in neuro/psycholinguistics. Candidates must hold the Ph.D. by the starting date.

The successful candidate will be expected to 1) maintain an active research agenda, 2) apply for and obtain external research funding, 3) teach four courses per academic year at the undergraduate and graduate level, 4) provide service to the department, the university, and the profession, and 5) collaborate with faculty in other units on campus, such as the McKnight Brain Institute.
