Assistant/Associate/Full Professor, Semantics
The Department of Linguistics at Yale University is looking to hire an Assistant/Associate/Full Professor in the area of Semantics to begin in Fall 2023. The selected scholar will teach introductory and advanced courses in semantics and/or pragmatics and advise student research at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
The selected candidate will have a highly productive and visible research program. Applicants at the senior level should have demonstrated excellence in teaching and advising. A PhD or equivalent degree is required at the time of hire. Particular attention will be paid to candidates whose work complements and connects with that of current department faculty and other departments and research units at Yale.
