The 2022 LSA Annual Meeting will be held in a hybrid format. Possible modes of presentation include:

  • 100% In-Person: Presentations and events held in this format will be immediately available to only those attendees who are participating in-person at the Annual Meeting. However, we will be recording each of the 113 in-person paper presentations (discussed below) involved in this modality, and those recordings will be made available online to all virtual attendees within 24 hours of the Annual Meeting. ALL attendees to the Annual Meeting (in-person and virtual alike) will have access to these recordings for one year following the conference. [NOTE: not all special sessions/events will be recorded in this modality - please refer to the final schedule for notes on which events will not be recorded.]

  • Hybrid: Presentations and events held in this format will be held both in-person and virtually at the Annual Meeting. There will be camera equipment onsite which will provide the ability to stream these events live, and enable both in-person and virtual attendees to participate in discussions. These sessions and events will include a mix of both virtual presenters and in-person presenters as well. Questions from the audience, both virtual and in-person, will be discussed via the session chair/moderator. We will also be recording each of these events as well, and these sessions will also be made available online to all attendees within 24 hours of the Annual Meeting. ALL attendees will have access to these recordings for one year following the conference.

  • 100% Virtual: Presentations and events held in this format will be held completely virtually. There will be links provided to all registrants in the conference portal during the Annual Meeting, so that everyone may participate in these sessions at the scheduled times. We will also be providing a "virtual viewing room" for all in-person attendees to the Annual Meeting, where we will provide a live-stream of those completely virtual events. Questions to the presenters may only be posed via the virtual platform.
