The LSA is pleased to announce its continuing support for the North American Computational Linguistics Olympiad (NACLO). NACLO is a computational linguistics competiton. The format is a written test with linguistic puzzles which students solve and then explian their reasoning for that solution. There are two rounds of the competition: the first is an open round, and if students do well on it they are invited to compete in the invitational round. NACLO is designed for middle and high school students residing in North America (6th-12th grade). For more information, please visit the NACLO website.
